By using AppsBos you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

AppsBos makes an introduction. That is all it does. Nothing is booked, priced, or paid for here. You and the other person settle the work and the price between yourselves, by telephone, as people always have.

What AppsBos is

A way for someone who needs work done to reach a Professional who does it, and for a Professional to be reached. Free for both sides.

What AppsBos is not

We are not a party to any agreement you make.
We do not employ, vet, license, insure, background-check or endorse any Professional listed here.
We do not handle payment between you, take a commission, or hold money.
We do not guarantee anyone will answer you, or that work will be done well.

Check who you are hiring. Anyone can type a business name into this app. Ask for a licence, proof of insurance, and references before you let someone into your home or pay them anything. That responsibility is yours, and we cannot carry it for you.

Putting your name on the app

A Professional can enter a business name and a logo, which then appear in the app. You may only enter a name you have the right to use. Do not impersonate another business, use a name you do not own, or upload an image you did not create or licence.

Doing so gets the entry removed and may get the account closed.

Your telephone number

You enter it voluntarily, and it is shown to the other party so they can call you. See the Privacy Policy.

Behaving

Do not use AppsBos to harass anyone, to advertise something that is not real work, to send anything unlawful, or to collect other people's numbers for any purpose other than answering their request.

Tips

AppsBos is free. There is an optional tip jar. On Android it goes through Google Play. On the website it goes through Stripe. Tips are voluntary, buy nothing, and are not refundable.

Ending it

You may delete your account at any time — see Delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

No warranty, and limits

AppsBos is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Maha Expo Corp is not liable for any loss arising out of work arranged through the app, or out of the app being unavailable.
